Jazz Chord Workouts

Sometimes practicing means stripping away all context and focusing on the basics.  Our Jazz Chord Workouts do just that!  These exercises help you practice important chords used in jazz by taking them through all 12 keys.  Each play-along uses the Circle of 4ths (C-F-Bb-Eb-Ab-Db-Gb-B-E-A-D-G) to cycle through the keys and each chord is played for 8 bars.  These exercises will really help you get the sounds of these chords in your ears, discover all the notes on your instrument, and boost your soloing abilities!
